Plibacef SB 1.5g  (Ceftriaxone & Sulbactam for Injection)  is a combination of the sodium salts of Ceftriaxone and Sulbactam.

Ceftriaxone is a broad-spectrum semi-synthetic third-generation cephalosporin with a potent bactericidal activity against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Sulbactam is beta lactamase inhibitor. It inhibits the beta-lactamases, and extend their spectrum of activity against many resistant strains.
